The Admin Sales staff is responsible for assisting the sales team in daily administrative tasks, processing sales documents, supporting customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, warehouse, and accounting departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist sales team with daily administrative tasks and coordination.
- Prepare and process sales documents such as quotations, invoices, delivery receipts, and purchase orders.
- Maintain and update customer records, price lists, and sales reports.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and order status updates.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for product availability and deliveries.
- Support preparation of sales reports and monthly performance summaries.
- Manage filing system for sales records and documents.
- Assist in processing payments and verifying transaction details.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain good client relationships.
- Perform other clerical and support tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in sales support, admin, or customer service role is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
