About the role

Carlo and Tomas Realty and Development Corp' is looking for an Accounting Staff - Admin to join their team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This full-time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and accounting support to the business units.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring proper documentation of all transactions
  • Processing invoices, payments, and other financial documents in a timely manner
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting-related tasks
  • Providing administrative support to the finance and accounting departments
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial information and support
  • Adhering to all relevant financial policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and streamline accounting processes

What we're looking for

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other relevant computer applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
