Job Description:

The Paralegal provides essential legal and administrative support to the company's Legal Department. This includes preparing corporate documents, assisting in compliance with government regulations, coordinating with external counsel, and maintaining legal records to help protect the company's interests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting and organize legal and corporate documents.
  • Conduct legal research and provide summaries on relevant laws or regulatory updates.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of compliance reports to SEC, BIR, DOLE, and other government agencies.
  • Track contract expiries, deadlines, and legal document renewals.
  • Support internal teams with basic legal queries and document templates.
  • Help prepare materials for Board or stockholders' meetings.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Public Administration, have taken up Paralegal course or any related experience.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a paralegal or legal assistant role, preferably in a corporate or in-house setting.
  • Knowledge of Philippine corporate laws, basic labor laws, and regulatory procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Good communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
