Qualifications

  • Graduate of Juris Doctor (JD), Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Legal Management, or any law-related degree.
  • Licensed attorney preferred, but not required. Candidates with proven paralegal or legal support experience in real estate, land acquisition, or contract management are welcome.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate law, land acquisition, property documentation, or business/property law.
  • Strong knowledge of property ownership, contracts, and land use regulations.
  • Skilled in due diligence, legal drafting, contract/document review, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct and assist in due diligence for land and business acquisitions (title verification, encumbrance checks, regulatory compliance).
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts, deeds, leases, purchase agreements, and other property-related documents.
  • Coordinate with government agencies (Registry of Deeds, BIR, LGUs, DENR, etc.) for registration, permits, and land use compliance.
  • Support negotiations with landowners, brokers, developers, and other stakeholders (licensed lawyers may take lead, paralegals to assist).
  • Maintain organized records of property and legal documents, and monitor deadlines and compliance requirements.
  • Provide legal support in real estate, acquisitions, and business transactions.
  • Assist in dispute resolution or documentation-related issues when necessary.

  • Full-time only (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
