DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all operational aspects of international import and export activities.
  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards (FDA, USDA, FSIS, food safety & labeling).
  • Coordinate multimodal logistics operations under time-sensitive/special handling conditions (e.g., cold chain, urgent air freight, cross-docking).
  • Prepare and review international trade documentation (invoices, bills of lading, permits, certificates of origin, etc.).
  • Build strong relationships with international vendors, customs brokers, freight forwarders, logistics partners, and agencies.
  • Collaborate with legal, QA, procurement, and warehouse teams for seamless border clearance.
  • Stay updated on trade agreements, customs changes, tariffs, and restrictions.
  • Manage customs clearance and classification, ensuring accuracy & minimizing duty exposure.
  • Support audits, inspections, and traceability reports.
  • Drive process improvements and digital transformation in trade compliance and logistics (ERP, TMS, GTS).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in International Trade, Business, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, shipping terms, and customs procedures.
  • High attention to detail & compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills in logistics.
  • Strong communication skills in English & Spanish.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced logistics scenarios.
  • Team player with proven cross-department collaboration.
  • Familiarity with trade software and platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php80,000.00 per month
