Overview: We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with proven experience in beauty or consumer product brands, ideally with 2+ years of CS background. The role will focus on providing excellent customer support across multiple e-commerce and social platforms, while also supporting other business tasks when customer service workload is lighter.Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and tickets from:

TikTok Shop, Amazon, and our DTC website

Instagram DMs and social channels

- Provide clear, empathetic, and timely responses that reflect the brand's tone of voice and values.

- Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and replacements according to company policy.

- Troubleshoot common product or order issues and escalate cases when necessary.

- Maintain accurate records of interactions in Gorgias or Zendesk.

- Monitor CS metrics (response time, resolution time, CSAT) and report regularly.

-When CS volume allows, support:

Influencer seeding coordination (sending products, tracking shipments)

Organizing documents, reports, and data entry for the team. Requirements: 2+ years of customer service experience in beauty, consumer goods, or e-commerce industries.

- Hands-on experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or other CS ticketing systems.

- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify (DTC) is highly preferred.

- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

- Empathetic, solution-oriented, and detail-driven.

- Ability to multitask and manage workload across multiple channels.

- Flexible to assist with other team tasks when customer service demand is lower.Nice to Have:- Experience in influencer management or social media engagement.

- Knowledge of beauty/skincare products and consumer trends.

- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php11, Php12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
