Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly and engaging Customer Communication Specialist to interact with users through live chat, fostering conversations, maintaining engagement, and promoting content. This role requires strong written communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to follow guidelines while keeping interactions engaging, professional, and sales-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in text-based conversations with users in a friendly and interactive manner.
  • Build rapport and maintain ongoing conversations to encourage user engagement.
  • Promote and sell digital content through chat-based interactions in a natural and persuasive way.
  • Respond to messages promptly while following provided scripts and guidelines.
  • Track interactions to ensure quality and consistency across conversations.
  • Meet activity, sales, and response targets as set by the team.

Requirements

  • Must be 18+ in age.
  • Fluent in English with strong reading and writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
  • Must have a reliable laptop and a stable internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong ability to engage in casual, conversational text-based interactions.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with good attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with soft-selling and upselling strategies via chat.
