- Conduct end to end Recruitment activities from Souring to Job Offer
- Discuss and establish qualification requirements and terms and conditions of employment with the hiring managers
- Formulate detailed job descriptions and post ads on job boards and social media outlets
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct phone calls or meetings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates
- Interview candidates on the shortlist and maintain a database on employees for future vacancies
- Mediate between candidates, hiring managers
- Using web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends, post job vacancies, and following up with candidates during the hiring process
- Prepare assessment forms and quality-check the documents being sent to the clients and Hiring Managers
- Monitor the statuses of the candidates endorsed to the clients
- Update the statuses and candidate's information in Recruitment Monitoring Report
- Prepare and execute Job Offer and Employment Contracts
- Conduct reference checks (if needed)
- Ensure candidate's completion of pre-employment requirements
- Understand the market trends and conducts research related to Recruitment and Sourcing activities to deliver opportunities for the clients and the company
- Ensure that all requisitions are within the budget and will meet the client's expectations
- Generate leads to increase pipeline for existing and future roles
- Attend client calibration sessions and alignment meetings
- Ensure that requisitions will be delivered within the agreed hiring time table
- Assist with the onboarding process
- Monitoring and updating of employee database
- Preparation and monitoring of employees due to regularization
- Administering training programs
- Prepares and sets-up training facilities and materials for training program
- ·Monitoring Incident Reports and create NTE and NDA drafts.
- Assist day to day HR operation as needed.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in the field of Human Resources or equivalent is required for this position
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and creative writing skills.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
- Willing to be assigned at Edsa Munoz, Quezon City
