PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:)
- Assist in developing and maintaining content and communications for marketing campaigns, programs, collaterals and digital assets.
- Co-ordinate requirements, maintain files and archives for marketing materials, documents and assets.
- Support the marketing team, by requesting user-generated content and managing imageries across multiple digital platforms.
- Reviewing promotional material, website updating, creative reviews, and other marketing administration and reporting duties.
- Assist the marketing team by coordinating and collating content to support campaigns and programs.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for campaign requirements and marketing operations.
- Assist with scheduling social media content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date archives of all marketing files, reports, and communications.
- Assist with ad-hoc marketing activities as required.

KEY POSITION CRITERIA:
- Preferably with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Mass Communication or other related courses. Experience in travel and hospitality is preferred.
- Background in using Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Excellent organizational skills, such as time and project management and prioritizing.
- Familiar with social media and is tech-savvy.
- Experience with Wordpress, HubSpot, SEMRush, Google Analytics, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Self-motivated, confident, energetic and creative.
- Ability to research and clearly document technical information.
- Excellent communication skills with superb attention to detail.
- Ability and willingness to be a positive, contributing and adaptable member of the team at all times.
