Develop Sales Strategies

  • Set data-driven sales targets aligned with company goals and performance objectives
  • Conduct market research to identify and profile high-potential customer segments
  • Optimize sales channels to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine sales strategies
  • Monitor competitive landscape and evolving customer demands to guide decision-making

Create Sales Opportunities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and leverage networks to establish relationships with key stakeholders
  • Implement consistent follow-up strategies to expand the customer base
  • Enhance customer acquisition processes and experiences
  • Deliver persuasive product and service presentations (e.g., PPT) to prospective clients

Acquire Sales Accounts

  • Understand the buyer's business cycle to anticipate current and future needs
  • Collect and synthesize information to develop compelling proposals and negotiate agreements
  • Execute follow-up activities to successfully close sales

Analyze Customer Requirements

  • Conduct thorough assessments of both technical and business needs
  • Clearly present solution options, highlighting advantages and trade-offs to address client requirements

Manage Customer Relationships

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with international teams (e.g., Philippines, Japan, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand) to provide seamless support
  • Analyze customer feedback, requirements, and trends to improve CRM tools and product offerings

Identify and Evaluate Trade Opportunities

  • Recognize mutually beneficial trade opportunities for both company and client
  • Analyze purchasing behaviors and motivations using customer relationship models
  • Assess client requests outside standard agreements and address dissatisfaction or negative feedback
  • Provide expert post-sales technical support as needed

Support Business Initiatives

  • Contribute to technology implementation projects and milestone activities
  • Maintain accurate records and support performance reviews for process improvement
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage administrative tasks as required
  • Prepare shipping instructions and New Product Introduction (NPI) details for order processing
  • Coordinate with delivery teams and factories to resolve customer issues promptly (e.g., payments, logistics)
  • Report directly to the General Manager

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php80,000.00 per month
