- Recruitment and Hiring: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and making hiring decisions.
- Employee Relations: Address employee issues, grievances, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Training and Development: Planning and implementing training programs, assessing training needs, and facilitating professional development.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Compensation and Benefits: Managing compensation and benefits structures, including salary reviews and benefits programs.
- Strategic Planning: Consulting with top executives on strategic planning and aligning HR practices with organizational goals.
- Performance Management: Developing and implementing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback to employees, and managing performance improvement plans.
- Employee Engagement and Retention: Fostering a positive work environment, promoting employee engagement, and implementing strategies to improve employee retention.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of Human Resources.
- At least 5 years work experience in Human Resources.
- Having work experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of a broad range of human resources strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations
- Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork
