
HR Manager/Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Administer compensation and benefits plans
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management
- To identify non-performers and discuss with the leads for further action plan
- Constantly look for opportunities to improve processes
- Ensures all employees in the business unit are adhering the company’s policies and procedures
- Facilitate Monthly Confirmation Appraisal, Annual Appraisals and Promotions
- To handle any other tasks that are assigned on need basis
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Proficient in using HR and office management software, such as payroll and document management systems
- Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or other related field
- Willing to work in Pasay City and Bulacan
- Can work Monday to Saturday onsite
- Available ASAP
