Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Administer compensation and benefits plans Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management To identify non-performers and discuss with the leads for further action plan Constantly look for opportunities to improve processes Ensures all employees in the business unit are adhering the company’s policies and procedures Facilitate Monthly Confirmation Appraisal, Annual Appraisals and Promotions To handle any other tasks that are assigned on need basis Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization Proficient in using HR and office management software, such as payroll and document management systems Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or other related field Willing to work in Pasay City and Bulacan Can work Monday to Saturday onsite Available ASAP #J-18808-Ljbffr
