Job Summary:

The Restaurant Manager oversees the daily operations of the gastrolounge, ensuring excellent guest experience, efficient service flow, and consistent adherence to quality, cleanliness, and brand standards. The role requires a well-presented, confident, and approachable individual who can represent the establishment's image and uphold a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Manage reservations, guest concerns, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and portion control.
  • Handle cash flow, daily sales reports, and inventory management.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for menu consistency and service timing.
  • Enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Implement marketing and promotional activities to boost sales.
  • Represent the gastrolounge in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in a café, bar, or gastrolounge setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and results oriented.
  • With pleasing personality
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
