RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the calendars and schedules of senior executives, coordinating meetings and appointments
- Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including maintaining filing systems, preparing correspondence, and providing customer service support
- Perform research and prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and directing them to the appropriate resources.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- With a Bachelor's Degree in any related courses.
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar high-level administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with senior-level stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
- Proven problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Can work on-site at Makati City
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost care
