About the role
Join the dynamic team at Pllim Insurance Agency and Investments, Inc. as our new full-time Office Secretary based in Makati City, Metro Manila. This pivotal role will provide essential administrative and secretarial support to our office, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing
- Screen incoming / outgoing calls
 - Accommodate visitors coming
 - Maintain and control confidential files, company directives and memos
 - Check emails, reply/forward priority emails
 - Clear incoming/outgoing trays, disseminate signed and approved documents
 - Record documents for routing/signatures with logbook
 - Prepare correspondences
 - Dissemination of companies meeting schedules via email
 - Collate confidential reports and materials for VP meeting
 - Performs other related tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
 
What we're looking for
- College graduate
 - Computer literate
 - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels
 - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
