About the role
We are seeking a talented Deal Desk Order Management Specialist to join our customer service team at Nezda Technologies, Inc. in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and processing customer orders, ensuring a seamless experience. You will be a key point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and resolution of any order-related queries or issues.
What you'll be doing
- Receive, process, and fulfil customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on order status
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are delivered as promised
- Troubleshoot and resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all order management activities
- Continuously look for ways to improve the order management process and enhance the customer experience
What we're looking for
- Minimum of at least 12 months experience with Order Management, Operations, or Order to Cash
- Experience with complex deal structuring
- Experience in Dynamics CRM and Salesforce CRM is preferable
- College Undergraduates with at least 2 years; associate or diploma courses are accepted
- Minimum of 12 months total BPO experience
- English Proficiency of at least C1
