We're Hiring: Nagios Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Nagios Administrator to manage and enhance our IT monitoring systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in deploying, configuring, and maintaining Nagios to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.

Location: Muntinlupa, Philippines

Work Mode: Flexible (Hybrid – office & remote)

Position: Nagios Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain Nagios monitoring systems
  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues
  • Develop custom Nagios plugins to enhance monitoring capabilities
  • Generate reports on system health and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents
  • Ensure monitoring configurations follow security best practices
  • Provide training and support for team members on Nagios usage
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Nagios Administrator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP)
  • Experience with Linux/Unix systems administration
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python) for automation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
