  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 2-3+ years of experience in IT monitoring or NOC operations,
  • Proven experience administering monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, MOMA, BMC, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, SolarWinds, Prometheus, or similar).
  • Experience with Linux/Windows system administration, networking basics, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proficient in computer operations – knowledgeable with SQL Database, Windows operating systems, Linux operating.

Monitoring Management

  • Configure and maintain monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, MOMA, BMC, Splunk, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, etc.) to ensure effective coverage of critical systems and services.
  • Act as primary point of contact for escalated monitoring alerts and ensure timely incident response and resolution.
  • Develop and tune alert thresholds to reduce false positives and improve actionable alerting.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and contribute to problem management initiatives.

Work hours and working conditions

  • To provide 24x7 services to the company, Central Monitoring Team will work on different shifts
  • Some days may be heavy while others may be light. Longer hours may be required when a need arises
