Admin Assistant / Generalist provides administrative and operational support across departments of General Services Department. This role involves handling a wide range of tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, assisting with documentation, coordinating schedules, and supporting both staff and management in various functions. The Admin Assistant / Generalist is expected to be flexible, detail-oriented, and proactive in addressing organizational needs.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Support Facilities, Procurement, and Logistics teams with routine tasks such as updating records, monitoring requests, and processing forms.
  • Handle inquiries (email, phone, or in-person) and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate requisitions as needed.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in monitoring workflows.
  • Collaborate with different teams to support projects, activities, and company events.
  • Perform other tasks or special projects as may be assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience as Admin Assistant.
