Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end order process, from order receipt to delivery and billing.
  • Supervise CSR staff to ensure accurate encoding, validation, and monitoring of customer orders.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products.
  • Implement and improve order processing procedures to enhance efficiency and minimize errors.
  • Monitor daily order transactions and resolve discrepancies, delays, or customer concerns promptly.
  • Analyze order trends, process bottlenecks, and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of customer orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on order accuracy, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate CSR staff to maintain high performance and professionalism.
  • Support management in developing customer service policies and communication standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or order processing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of sales order systems, logistics coordination, and inventory processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
