About the role

Join our dynamic team at AUXILIA INC' as a Telco CSR for our Australian account This is a full-time, voice-only customer service role based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. With a competitive salary of 28k, you'll play a crucial part in delivering exceptional support to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound calls from Australian customers, providing efficient and empathetic service
  2. Resolve customer queries and issues relating to telecommunications products and services
  3. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  4. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
  5. Adhere to company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  2. Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to empathise and build rapport with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  4. Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  5. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  6. A positive, resilient and team-oriented attitude
