QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree graduate
- 2–3 years of direct work experience as a CSR, Coordinator, or Agent in a freight forwarding environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of import processes, terminology, and documentation for air and/or ocean freight
- Solid understanding of Incoterms and basic customs clearance procedures
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage the full import life cycle of shipments (Air, Ocean, LCL/FCL), from pre-alert to final delivery.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the key point of contact for a portfolio of import clients, addressing inquiries, quotes, and issue resolution promptly and professionally.
- Anticipate and resolve any logistical problems that arise during transit (e.g., Customs holds, vessel delays, demurrage charges) with minimal client impact.
- Handle all customer invoicing and billing inquiries, ensuring accuracy and liaising with the Accounting department on collection or payment issues.
- Actively work to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships that encourage repeat business.
- Prepare, process, and accurately check all essential documentation, including Bills of Lading (B/L), Arrival Notices, Delivery Orders, and Customs clearance paperwork.
- Act as the main coordinator between customers, international agents, carriers, warehouses, and Customs brokers to ensure cargo moves smoothly and on schedule.
- Track and trace shipments daily, proactively communicating status updates, potential delays, and exceptions to clients.
- Coordinate inland transportation arrangements (trucking) for timely delivery to the customer's final destination.

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
