To manage and organize kitchen team and its operation to consistently deliver standard quality products for total customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all standard quality specifications and procedures are consistently applied.
- To effectively manage kitchen staff morale and discipline to maximize productivity.
- Responsible for ensuring preparedness of the entire kitchen prior to the outlet's business hour.
- Responsible in ensuring and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the entire kitchen area.
- Equipment handling and maintenance.
- Product development.
- Responsible for the effective usage of all kitchen resources to maximize cost.
- Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php21,000.00 per month
