ROLE SUMMARY:

As a Recruiter, you will be the go-to person for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting strong employee relations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering meaningful HR support while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment Management:

  • Handle the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and job offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure recruitment strategies align with organizational goals.
  • Utilize recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media to attract top talent.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, conduct reference checks, and extend job offers to successful candidates.
  • Maintain positive candidate relationships and represent the company as an employer of choice.

Employee Relations:

  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and addressing employee concerns in a timely manner.
  • Implement initiatives to boost employee engagement, morale, and well-being.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies regarding employee relations.

HR Administration & Record Management:

  • Ensure proper documentation and accurate record-keeping for all HR-related functions.
  • Handle confidential employee information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist with HR reporting and compliance audits as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of HR experience or a fresh graduate with strong HR interest and internship experience.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and HRIS tools for data management.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
