The Finance Specialist plays a key role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic insights. This position involves detailed analysis of financial statements, cost structures, and budgetary trends, while supporting cross-functional initiatives within the Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and review major variances in profit & loss and balance sheet accounts
  • Collaborate on cross-functional Supply Chain projects, offering financial impact assessments
  • Collect, organize, and maintain historical financial data to support budget planning
  • Identify and distinguish between one-time and recurring transactions
  • Address and resolve issues related to month-end financial closing
  • Monitor and track capital expenditure through internal order management
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, or BSBA (Accounting-focused)

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in:

  • Financial Management and Reporting

  • Spare Parts and Capital Expenditure Management
  • Financial Modeling, Analysis, and Advisory
  • Accruals related to Transportation and Warehousing
  • SAP experience is highly preferred
  • Willingness to work in either Bicutan (Parañaque) or Canlubang (Laguna)
