INVENTORY CONTROL SPECIALIST

Key Roles:

Inventory Monitoring & Validation

  1. Oversee inventory records to ensure accuracy between physical stock, CIN7/Business Central entries, and Finance reports.

  2. Validate all inventory-related documents (TR, PRF, RTV, etc.) before submission to Finance.

  3. Monitor daily inventory movements, including purchases, transfers, returns, and adjustments.

  4. Perform monthly and quarterly stock reconciliation in coordination with Logistics and Warehouse.

Documentation & Compliance

  1. Ensure all inventory transactions are supported with complete and accurate documentation (signed TR, RTV docs, invoices, debit/credit memos).

  2. Check compliance with BIR requirements (VAT, EWT, invoicing, debit/credit memos for returns).

  3. Prepare inventory reports and variance analyses for Finance Manager's review.

Coordination & Reporting

  1. Provide accurate and timely reports on inventory aging, stock levels, and discrepancies.

  2. Assist in audit preparations (internal, external, BIR) by ensuring availability of reconciled inventory schedules and supporting documents.

Process Improvement & Control

  1. Recommend improvements in inventory processes to minimize discrepancies and losses.

  2. Support the implementation of Business Central and other digital tools related to inventory control.

  3. Ensure proper segregation of duties and adherence to ABC's internal control framework.
