About the role
As a Compliance Staff at Niuprofessional Inc., you will play a key role in ensuring the organization adheres to all relevant laws, regulations and internal policies. Reporting to the Compliance Manager, this full-time position is based in Paranaque City Metro Manila and will involve working closely with various business units to monitor, evaluate and enhance the company's compliance practices.
What you'll be doing
- Monitoring regulatory changes and updates to identify their impact on the organization
- Conducting compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Implementing and maintaining compliance-related policies, procedures and controls
- Providing compliance training and guidance to employees across the organisation
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to address compliance concerns and implement remedial actions
- Preparing periodic reports on the company's compliance status and regulatory landscape
- Liaising with external regulatory bodies and auditors as required
What we're looking for
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Law, Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a compliance or risk management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of applicable laws, regulations and industry best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Proficiency in using compliance management software and data analysis tools
