Company Description
M.A. Castro Customs Brokerage is a licensed Customs Brokerage firm approved by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and accredited with the Bureau of Customs (BOC) to conduct business at any port within the Philippines. Based in Manila, the company is led by Marco Angelo E. Castro, a Certified Licensed Customs Broker. We guarantee fast processing of import and export shipments and provide extensive tariff and customs consultations. Our electronic interface with the Bureau of Customs and wide connections enable us to expedite shipments and ensure prompt customs compliance.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Manila. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing customized solutions. Daily tasks include generating leads, meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure smooth transaction processing. The Sales Executive will also be involved in negotiating contracts and providing post-sales support.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven sales experience in a related industry (Non-negotiable)
- Strong understanding of customs brokerage and logistics processes
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site
- Experience in the customs brokerage industry is a plus
- Strong understanding of Bureau of Customs procedures and trade documentation
- Willing to travel for field assignments (e.g., port operations, site coordination, client delivery, and inspection activities)
