HR Assistant/Payroll

As HR Assistant/Admin Assistant will provide valuable administrative and HR support, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our HR operations.
Job Description
- Providing administrative support to the HR team, including managing employee files, processing HR paperwork, and maintaining personnel records
- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks,
- Timekeeping/ payroll preparation of workers payroll
- Coordinating employee training and development activities
- Handling employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Supporting the implementation of HR initiatives and projects
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information of the Site.
- Assisting Accounting dept. for petty cash and it's liquidation.
- Assisting Purchasing dept. for purchases needed
- Performing general office duties, such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
Qualification
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, and other related courses
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
- knowledge in timekeeping/ payroll is a plus
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Flexible but firm in the implementation of each processes
- Collaborative skills, resourcefulness, resilience, initiative, and positive attitude towards work and colleagues

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
