About the Role

Mustang Security Agency Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable HR Compensation and Benefits Staff to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate processing of employee benefits, government contributions, and payroll-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other government-mandated benefits.
  • Process and monitor payroll deductions, loan applications, and remittances.
  • Maintain and update employee 201 files and HRIS records.
  • Coordinate with employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries.
  • Support HR in other administrative and personnel functions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Compensation and Benefits or a related HR function.
  • Knowledgeable in government benefits, payroll processing, and employee records management.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Willing to work on-site in Las Piñas City.
