The Sales & Marketing Specialist will support the hotel's marketing initiatives, drive brand visibility, and assist in promoting vacant commercial spaces within the company's properties. The role includes creating marketing materials, handling online postings, engaging with potential clients, and contributing to sales strategies that boost occupancy, bookings, and leasing inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing graphics, posters, and marketing materials for social media, website, and on-site promotions.
  • Manage social media posting schedules and monitor engagement for both the hotel and leasing properties.
  • Execute marketing campaigns to increase hotel bookings and inquiries.
  • Promote vacant commercial spaces through online listings, walk-in inquiries, and coordinated site visits.
  • Assist in preparing marketing proposals, leasing documents, and client presentations.
  • Maintain updated records of available spaces, rates, and client leads.
  • Coordinate with the operations and admin team to ensure accurate room availability, promos, and leasing information.
  • Provide support during hotel events, promos, or special marketing activities.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, calls, and social media.
  • Conduct competitor research to improve branding and marketing strategies.
  • Track and report performance of marketing posts, lead generation, and campaign results.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Multimedia Arts, or any related course (preferred but not required).
  • Entry to mid-level experience in marketing, design, or sales; fresh graduates with strong skills may apply.
  • Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, or any graphic design tool.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook marketing, online listings, and social media strategies.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • With basic understanding of sales pipelines, customer handling, and lead follow-ups.
  • Ability to multitask, organize work efficiently, and meet deadlines.
  • Creative, proactive, and willing to learn new tools and marketing approaches.
  • Experience in hotel, real estate, or leasing marketing is a strong advantage.
  • Willing to work onsite and adapt to the hotel and building operations schedule.
