Job Summary:

The Creative Specialist is responsible for developing and producing visually engaging and innovative content that supports the company's marketing and branding objectives. This role involves conceptualizing creative ideas, designing promotional materials, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels — both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design creative materials such as digital ads, posters, brochures, social media content, and product visuals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop compelling campaigns and brand storytelling.
  • Produce multimedia content (graphics, videos, animations, etc.) aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns by providing creative assets on time.
  • Stay updated with design trends, digital tools, and creative best practices.
  • Assist in brainstorming and presenting new ideas for brand promotions and product launches.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in a creative or design-related role.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar design tools.
  • Strong eye for detail, layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in video editing, motion graphics, or photography.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and content strategy.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
