Administrative Executive Staff

Administrative executive staff provide high-level support to senior leaders by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations, and supporting projects. Key duties include scheduling meetings and travel, preparing reports, managing correspondence, and handling office logistics like supplies and files. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key responsibilities:
Schedule management: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel for executives.
Communication: Manage correspondence, act as a point of contact for internal and external parties, and liaise with other departments.
Document and data management: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents; organize and maintain physical and electronic files.
Office operations: Monitor and order office supplies, manage invoices, and assist with budget preparation.
Project support: Provide administrative support for various projects, including research and coordination.
Supervisory tasks: Some roles may involve supervising other administrative employees or managing staff-related records like attendance and vacation schedules.
Essential skills
- Organizational skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and maintain detailed records is crucial.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication is necessary for interacting with a variety of stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills: The ability to address issues that arise in day-to-day operations is vital.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php35,000.00 per month
