JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assist the team in developing, implementing, and managing the company's compliance program.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and annual compliance reports.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and report compliance issues through established channels.
  • Coordinate and communicate with regulatory agencies such as PEZA, BOC, PDEA, DDB, and PNP.
  • Prepare PEZA import/export documentation following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Process order permits through the PNSW NTC system.
  • Provide support to Import-Export (IMPEX) operations.
