Associate Support Analyst

Position Responsibilities:

• The primary focus is to provide support over the phone for all incidents that are not resolved within the Service Desk Level
• Provide physical/face-to-face/on-site technical assistance
• Must have customer service excellence as core values
• I n charge of the end-to-end process of incident and request flow
• Serve as the escalation point, taking ownership of the case until the issue is resolved and/or the request is fulfilled.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year IT-related course.
• At least 3 years of overall work experience in IT support/End User support
• ITIL, CCNA, or any IT technical certification Is a plus.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge on the IT Asset Management Lifecycle is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Has first-class level of customer service ensuring over-the-phone, email, and onsite assistance is provided appropriately
• Able to present his/herself professionally and exhibit good working relationships with co-workers and clients.
