Job Brief

We are looking for an Associate Support Analyst to fulfill a key role as a team member in supporting the Data Analytics Team and its clients as a Level 1 support. These responsibilities extend to planning, designing, coding, testing and documenting solutions for specific industries. Additionally, Associate Support Analyst will provide insights into how reports can be best utilized by organizations across the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a Tier 1 support for data analytics clients.
  • Translate business needs/requirements to technical specifications
  • Design, develop, deploy and support business intelligence solutions
  • Create and execute queries upon customer request for data and analysis
  • Present data through reports and visualizations using a BI platform that is easier to understand for the end users
  • Create and update technical documentations

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Knowledgeable in SQL and Advanced Excel
  • Knowledgeable with concepts of Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and Analytics.
  • Experience in business intelligence platforms and software such as Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, SPSS, SAS and the like are ideal.
  • Experience working with relational databases such as MSSQL, MYSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL is ideal during internship.
  • Experience with Qlik Sense is an advantage
  • A strong analytical and logical mindset
  • Willing to work in Makati City on a hybrid setup
