Duties and Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Privacy Support Associate. As Privacy Support Associate, the following are your duties and responsibilities:

  1. Lead/assist in the development of the Data Privacy Management System - PRIVAAS.
  2. Demonstrate the Data Privacy Management System (DPMS) - PRIVAAS system to current and potential clients

  3. Assist management in the implementation of different projects such as:

  4. Assist in preparing, planning, scheduling and implementing the company's privacy and technology related projects and programs.

  5. Provide comprehensive and satisfactory client support ensuring they feel valued and integral
  6. Monitoring project schedule and ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed on the time
  7. Attend meetings and take meeting notes.
  8. Prepare necessary reports and documentation of the project.

  9. Reassure the provision of necessary technical support to the project, including but not limited to the preparation of the PowerPoint presentation and layout.

  10. Provide support in the conduct of events, training, and orientation as needed.

  11. Perform other duties, tasks, and responsibilities assigned by senior management.
