POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee a diverse portfolio of external and internal IT projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless project planning, execution, handover, and delivery in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. This full-time role requires a proactive leader with excellent stakeholder engagement skills, proven vendor management experience, and a strong track record of delivering technical outcomes from project initiation to completion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Project Planning & Initiation


• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.


• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and communication strategies.


• Identify resource requirements and allocate accordingly to support project activities.

  1. Execution & Delivery


• Manage day-to-day project activities to ensure alignment with plans.


• Monitor project progress, addressing issues promptly to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.


• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and fulfil client expectations.

  1. Risk & Budget Management


• Develop and control project budgets, tracking costs continuously.


• Proactively identify potential risks, assessing their impact, and implementing mitigation strategies.

  1. Stakeholder & Team Management


• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.


• Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.


• Lead, motivate, and support project team members, facilitating collaboration and resolving conflicts.

  1. Documentation & Evaluation


• Maintain detailed project documentation for transparency and accountability.


• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future project delivery.
