Position Overview

This hybrid technical and management role involves:

  • 50% Estimating
  • 25% Project Management
  • 25% CAD Design

You will be responsible for preparing competitive proposals, managing awarded projects, and producing technical drawings that support both bidding and execution phases.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimating (50%)

  • Review drawings, specifications, and RFPs to prepare detailed cost estimates.
  • Perform quantity takeoffs for electrical and low-voltage systems.
  • Develop and submit competitive bid packages and proposals.
  • Collaborate with procurement and sales for accurate, profitable pricing.

Project Management (25%)

  • Oversee awarded projects from kickoff to completion.
  • Manage schedules, budgets, submittals, and client communication.
  • Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and client requirements.

CAD Design (25%)

  • Prepare and revise CAD drawings, riser diagrams, and single-line diagrams.
  • Support project execution with shop drawings and as-builts.
  • Incorporate field feedback and redlines into updated documentation.
  • Ensure all designs meet NEC, NFPA, BICSI, and TIA/EIA standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in electrical and/or low-voltage contracting.
  • Proven experience with U.S. commercial, industrial, or government projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam, Accubid, or similar estimating software.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. electrical codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, Title 24, BICSI, TIA/EIA).
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
