We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in the Garments/Electronics industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering management, a deep understanding of industry-specific technologies, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team.

  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Set clear goals and expectations, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.

  • Project Management:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects.

  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business objectives.

  • Technical Expertise:

  • Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices and standards in engineering processes.

  • Quality and Compliance:

  • Ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Implement and maintain robust quality assurance processes.
  • Address and resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise.

  • Innovation and Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.

  • Encourage and support innovation within the team.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).

  • Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

  • Proven experience in the Garments/Electronics industry.

  • Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry-specific technologies and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
