Summary:

This role will provide structured support to the Singapore-based IT Project Manager, ensuring smooth planning, reporting, governance, and stakeholder communication across a portfolio of IT projects. The position requires strong coordination, follow-up discipline, RAID management, and communication skills to keep transformation initiatives on track and aligned with business outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Support project planning, milestone tracking, and progress reporting across concurrent initiatives.

· Maintain project documentation, risk registers, issue logs, and action trackers in line with dnata standards.

· Drive systematic follow-ups with stakeholders, ensuring actions, decisions, and deadlines are closed on time.

· Monitor quick wins (automation, licensing, optimization) and track realized benefits.

· Proactively maintain and update RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs for all active projects.

· Track dependencies across initiatives and ensure they are communicated and managed effectively.

· Prepare concise project updates, dashboards, and presentations for Steering Committees, CAB, and other governance forums.

· Ensure alignment with dnata and Emirates Group IT (EGIT) project governance frameworks.

· Support financial tracking (budgets, TCO analysis, cost savings reporting).

· Act as a coordination point between IT, business functions (HR, Finance, Operations), and external vendors/SIs.

· Facilitate workshops, prepare communication packs, and support change management activities.

· Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies in clear business-friendly language.

· Assist in project rollout activities such as end-user communication, training scheduling, and cutover planning.

· Support incident follow-up activities and lessons learned documentation like remediation actions.

· Promote team engagement through initiatives like "IT in Action" sharing sessions.

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in IT or a related field and relevant project management certificates.

· Minimum 3 years' experience in IT Project/PMO support.

· Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP HCM and project management tools. (e.g. MS Project). Additional experience in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and Microsoft 365 will be advantageous.

· Background in SCM, Airlines, Logistics, Retail, or Manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.

· Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master (at least one required).
