What you'll be doing

  1. Prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and other lead generation activities
  2. Preparing and delivering engaging sales presentations to potential clients
  3. Negotiating contract terms and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  4. Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our services
  5. Collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless delivery of projects and exceptional client satisfaction
  6. Continuously researching the market, monitoring industry trends, and identifying new growth avenues

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the New Business Development industry
  2. A proven track record of successfully generating new business and achieving sales targets
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  4. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset
  5. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques
  6. A self-motivated, driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
