Job Title : Sales Consultant

Reports To : Sales Supervisor

Interface with : Operations Department, Purchasing Department

Job Purpose

· To handle volume, bulk, or commercial buyers or sales of The Home Depot

Duties and Responsibilities

· Generate appropriate sales invoice for volume / bulk sales transaction

· To go out & identify potential new construction & close sales

· To assist client (A-architect, B-builders, C-contractors, D-developers, E-engineering and user) with a given bill of materials for projects or walk-in.

· To hit monthly Quota set by the management. (HR)

· Ensure all documents are properly documented. (Audit)

· Submit daily report needed to his / her superior (Manager)

· Ensures that product recommended to client must be set standard by the company (proper estimate with the given area, quality, durability, and availability of stocks)

· To promote promo of the management (price guarantee, loyalty card, union bank, auto lotto 2, red tag sale and other relevant marketing aspects)

· For walk-in – beginning inquiry until transaction and delivery for after sales feedback.

· For project – Email, telemarketing, fax, CI (credit investigation) and saturation (present sample needed by the client) convert into sales.

· To join events given by the Marketing, Corp. Communication Dept and top management

Qualifications

· Degree Holder (Architecture, Engineering or equivalent is a plus)

· At least 1 year work experience in sales in construction and hardware industry.

· Must have a pleasing personality

· Computer literate
