Human Resources Functions

Handles day-to-day HR operations to ensure employee engagement, compliance, and workforce efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding – Posting job ads, screening applicants, conducting interviews, preparing employment contracts, and facilitating orientation.
  • Employee Records Management – Maintaining and updating personnel files, contracts, and HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Payroll Support – Gathering attendance data, leave applications, and overtime records for payroll processing.
  • Employee Relations – Addressing concerns, assisting in conflict resolution, and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management – Assisting in performance evaluations, KPI monitoring, and feedback sessions.
  • Training & Development – Coordinating employee training programs, seminars, and skills development activities.
  • Compliance – Ensuring HR practices comply with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE).
Administrative Functions

Provides organizational support to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management – Supervising supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
  • Documentation & Filing – Managing company documents, correspondences, and records.
  • Event Coordination – Organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Travel & Logistics – Booking accommodations, arranging transportation, and handling itineraries for staff or executives.
  • Reception Support – Coordinating with visitors, answering inquiries, and managing incoming/outgoing communications
Purchasing / Procurement Functions

Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Sourcing & Evaluation – Identifying reliable suppliers and maintaining supplier relationships.
  • Price Negotiation – Securing competitive prices and favorable payment terms.
  • Purchase Requests & Orders – Processing requisitions, preparing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.
  • Inventory Monitoring – Coordinating with warehouse/stockroom to ensure sufficient supply of materials and office needs.
  • Cost Control – Monitoring expenses and finding cost-effective procurement solutions.
  • Records & Compliance – Keeping proper documentation of purchases, supplier contracts, and approvals.
