Must-Haves

  • 3+ years in DevOps, scripting, or workflow automation
  • Proficiency in Python and PowerShell
  • Good understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON data.
  • Ability to design and debug end-to-end automations
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, and observability tools
  • Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Power Automate, or Tines.
  • Basic understanding of LLMs, prompts, and embeddings
  • Clear communication and documentation skills

Nice-to-Haves

  • Prompt engineering, LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, OpenDevin
  • Vector databases and RAG pipelines
  • MSP/RMM/PSA tools like ConnectWise, Datto, or Kaseya
  • Mentoring, documentation, knowledge-sharing
  • Error handling, fallback logic, and observability design
