We are seeking a talented and motivated Level 1 Systems Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first line of support for our clients, providing responsive technical assistance and resolving a wide range of IT issues. You will work closely with senior engineers, assist in maintaining client environments, and have opportunities to build your skills across Microsoft, cloud, and networking technologies. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within a dynamic MSP environment with a strong focus on Windows technologies.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support for clients via phone, email, remote access, and ticketing platforms, ensuring prompt and professional service.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of issues related to Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and basic network connectivity (Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
  • Perform user account administration including password resets, group membership changes, and account provisioning within Active Directory
  • Support Microsoft 365 services, including password resets, license assignments, and troubleshooting email issues (Outlook/Exchange Online).
  • Monitor client systems through RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) tools, responding to alerts and escalating critical issues as needed.
  • Assist in applying patches and updates to Windows systems following company procedures.
  • Create and maintain detailed and accurate documentation within the system, including work performed, technical procedures, and client environment notes.
  • Track word time accurately in the system to ensure accountability and support operational KPIs and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with Level 2 and Level 3 engineers on escalated issues and project work.
  • Interface with third-party vendors for warranty support or troubleshooting hardware/software problems.
  • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring clear communication and timely updates to clients.
  • Follow security best practices in all support tasks, including antivirus, MFA enforcement, and device hardening where applicable.

Requirements and Skills:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience within a Windows Server environment
  • 1+ years working in an MSP (Managed Services Provider) environment preferably with exposure to supporting multiple clients simultaneously.
  • 1+ years working with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems in both domain-joined and standalone configurations.
  • Understanding of Active Directory concepts (users, groups, password policies).
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) and basic administrative tasks for Microsoft licensing models, including Office 365 licensing and management.
  • Experience with RMM tools such as TeamViewer or LogMeIn
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for desktop hardware, printers, and common networking issues (IP addressing, Wi-Fi connectivity, VPN setup).
  • Ability to manage multiple support tickets effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow technical skills through on-the-job experience and training.

Additional Information:

  • Some after-hours and weekend work may be required for critical client issues or project support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php55,000.00 per month
