The Senior Systems and Operational Support Engineer ensures the stability and success of Ethan's key customers across public and multi-cloud environments, with a primary focus on Azure infrastructure. This role provides Level 3 systems support, leads cloud automation and DevOps initiatives, and contributes to Ethan's future cloud direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Level 3 support for Azure-based managed cloud services.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain Azure infrastructure and automation (IaC, scripting, GitOps).
  • Handle incident, change, and configuration management under ITIL processes.
  • Lead troubleshooting, customer engagement, and service improvement initiatives.
  • Review project designs, migrations, and operational documentation.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in IT, with proven experience in cloud or server support (MSP experience preferred).
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Azure infrastructure and Azure AD.
  • Strong background in automation, DevOps, and infrastructure as code.
  • Working knowledge of AWS or other public cloud platforms is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Azure Architect (highly desirable)
  • AWS SysOps Administrator / Cloud Practitioner or related cloud, security, or Kubernetes certs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php110, Php155,000.00 per month
