We are hiring an Import & Export Sea Freight Operations Specialist to join our team in Binondo. This role is open to fresh graduates with the right skills and mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily import and export sea freight operations.
  • Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, and local stakeholders.
  • Prepare, check, and process shipping documents such as invoices, bills of lading, and packing lists.
  • Monitor cargo movement and ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates and resolve operational issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing of all documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
  • Support the team with other operational tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sea freight operations preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge of international freight forwarding procedures is an advantage.
  • Strong command of English, able to communicate effectively with overseas contacts via email.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PDF, and other document formats.
  • Responsible, a team player, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Quick thinker, able to handle emergencies when needed.
  • Positive, approachable, emotionally stable, proactive, and committed to job stability.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
