The Finance Staff is responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the company. This includes processing transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in budget preparation, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process financial documents such as invoices, bills, receipts, and vouchers.
  • Maintain and update financial records in the accounting system.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  • Help manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Support processing employee expense reimbursements.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders (e.g. auditors, tax agencies).

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a finance or accounting role (preferred but not always required for entry-level roles).
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
