Inventory and Admin Staff

Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, preparing inventory reports, and supporting administrative operations. The role ensures the smooth coordination of office and warehouse functions by providing clerical and logistical support.
Reporting and Coordination:
- Submit weekly and monthly inventory reports to management.
- Coordinate with accounting for reconciliation of inventory and purchases.
- Support audits and inspections by providing necessary documents and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in inventory control or administrative work.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
Work Conditions:
- Office- and warehouse-based work environment.
- May require occasional travel to branches or supplier locations.
- Reports during standard business hours or as required by operations.
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: From Php18,070.00 per month
